Very good new restaurant in downtown Hopkinton! Everything we ordered was just delicious! Arcos serves Mediterranean food, everything from Italian to Portuguese to Spanish, etc… I was with a party of four and we all really enjoyed everything! The service was really good, too! If I had to nitpick and say one thing in terms of constructive criticism (and this is literally the only one thing I could think of), I would say that my filet mignon was a bit overly smothered in the accompanying mushroom sauce. Both the sauce and the filet were very good (good cut of meat!) but the sauce was a little too heavy to completely cover the filet with it. They should consider putting it on the side. I think many people would agree that a sauce, especially a heavier sauce like a mushroom sauce, is better suited on the side with a filet. This way it avoids making the filet look a bit like pot roast when served ( which was first thing I thought of when I saw it) and it looks and tastes more flavorful and elegant. The flavor of the steak itself should be the star, and the sauce should just be a flavorful addition, but not overwhelm the flavor of the steak. I did eat my whole filet though, and it was still tasty! BUT, that being said: considering this place has only been open for a week or two at most, I would say they are on their way to greatness! Overall, everything was absolutely wonderful. My husband said his Bolognese was fabulous, and the other two people in our party said their dinners were delicious! All of our appetizers were so yummy, and the drinks were spot on! This place is already very good, and I think they are on their way to becoming even better! This is an absolutely wonderful and much needed addition to Hopkinton’s restaurant scene. I will most definitely be back!! Kudos to you, Arcos! :)

We have been three times since they have opened. Once the first night they opened. It was 5:00 and we were driving by- No reservations and we sat at the bar and it was a wonderful experience! Great service, food and drinks! The second time had reservations with friends and we all sat against where the window ate. Our apps & food were delicious however, our waitress was mono toned and not friendly. Everyone has a bad day thinking this maybe was one for her. Our third visit- Lucky us! Had the same waitress she was the exact same way and haven’t been back since. I’m sure we will eventually return as the food is plentiful and delicious! I will say if making reservations ask to sit near the window’s the tables are further apart. Sitting against the wall ( bar is on the other side ) is hard to have a conversation with the person or people you are with as the tables are close together. Over All- Give it a Try…!

Okay so we have had takeout here a few times. But this is the first time of us eating in the restaurant. While good, the experience was something not typical in a good way We arrived with a reservation at 8 PM on Friday and they were beyond busy. So that’s the first thing. Make a reservation a day in advance. Right when we arrived we were seated. The hostess and the server were both very attentive to the table, even more than most restaurants. All the Italian items are crafted like they would be in Italy. For myself, i got the Chicken Parm but with the penne. It was downright flavorful, cooked perfectly, and everything you would expect for a high end Italian restaurant. The only thing is to expect to pay Boston Italian restaurant prices compared to suburban restaurant prices. But aside from that, give this spot a try. Its only been open for a few months, and I’ll be back for sure.

Have eaten here a few times since they opened. Last night the food was exceptional. Best bolognese over linguine I think I have ever had. The roasted tomatoes on the bruschetta were also very good. Service was great. It can be tough to get a reservation here though. Definitely worth checking out if you have not been.

I had high hopes for ARCOS after reading some reviews for the place, and let me tell you, this place did not dissapoint. Everything from the service to the food was phenominal. We started with the calamari and meatballs, which were some of the best I've ever had. You can tell the calamari here is fresh and made to order unlike many other restaraunts that serve calamari. The batter on the calamari was so good and flakey, and had the perfect crunch and flavor. The meatballs are giant, and have a great flavor in a really good sauce. I got the Chicken Parm with bolognese sauce and not only was the presentation great, but the taste was even better. The chicken was crispy, but not too crispy. There was a perfect amount of cheese with pasta that was cooked perfectly. Hands down the best in the area. Everything was out quickly and was all really hot. You can tell everything here is fresh, made with passion, and done really well. ACROS deserves five stars and your business.

It's our first time in this restaurant and I'm very happy. Excellent food, the flavor was perfect, the super friendly service and above all the atmosphere is beautiful. I loved this place, really everything was very good, believe me I'm very squeaky and this restaurant will now be in our favorites.

It was my first time here but I had heard all good things about it! The hype is real. I made a reservation for New Year’s Eve and, of course, the place was jammed. Our server - I think his name was Charlie - was attentive and quick! He also made me laugh a few times, which I love. The food was spectacular... I started with calamari, added a special menu item salad (kale, spinach, carrots, beets, walnuts, almonds, and feta), and then had short ribs (with parmesan risotto and Brussels sprouts). All.delicious! I will definitely return.

We visited this restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The interior is stylish yet understated — everything is thoughtfully designed without unnecessary flashiness. The atmosphere makes you feel calm, relaxed, and comfortable, as if you’ve come to a place where you’re truly welcome. The service deserves special mention — attentive, polite, and friendly. The staff are always nearby when you need them, but never intrusive. Our order was served quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was simply outstanding! Everything was clearly made from fresh ingredients, cooked with love and great taste. The portions were generous, the presentation beautiful, and the aromas so tempting that you immediately want to try everything on the menu. You can tell the chef and the team put real passion and care into every dish. Overall, this place left a very positive impression. It’s the kind of restaurant where you want to stay a little longer, enjoy the atmosphere, and savor every bite. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who values quality, comfort, and a truly enjoyable dining experience!

This was my first time trying ARCOS Cucina + Bar, and it made a great first impression. The food was genuinely good, well prepared, and nicely presented. We tried a variety of dishes—from a crispy, well-balanced salad, to a hearty chicken entrée with vegetables and mashed potatoes, a solid burger with fries, and a dessert that was rich without being overly sweet. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully done. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. The space itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciated how well-maintained everything was—including the restrooms, which isn’t always a given in the area. Overall, a great first visit with good food and service, and I’d definitely come back.

Went to Arcos to celebrate my son’s birthday. Walked in and was immediately impressed with the ambiance. Our server, Kelly, was incredible. She handled our large party beautifully, offered suggestions, and was very attentive. She made my son’s birthday dinner feel very special. Food was delicious! Hopkinton is lucky to have this new addition. Would highly recommend. 👌
